When will my delivery arrive?
Orders placed before noon will typically ship on the same day, but we do not roast on weekends. We will send tracking information to the e-mail address you provide. We ship via UPS/USPS SurePost.
I can’t find espresso grind for my coffee, what happened?
While we understand that some of you have ordered coffee ground for espresso machines from us in the past, we have had too many issues trying to get it right for different machines.
The long and short of it is we like to do things right or not at all. We appreciate your business and if you would like help finding a home grinder please contact us and let us know what type of machine you have.
How do you calculate shipping?
We charge flat rates for shipping,
0.00 - 1.00 lbs is $7.50
1.01 - 2.00 lbs is $8.50
2.01 - 3.00 lbs is $10.50
3.01 - 4.00 lbs $12.50
4.01 - 5.00 lb $15.00
All orders over $50 is free shipping!
No, however, we do have lots of options in our shops that you can purchase there and those we don’t have in the shops are available at many local grocery stores.
Can I pick up my coffee at your shop?
Drop by any of our retail coffee shops, or visit one of the fine markets, stores, or restaurants that serve French Truck Coffee. Click here for a list of our retailers.
