When we started the company, if you place your order by 10 am, it was roasted that day and shipped to you.  We still adhere to those foundational principles today, and all orders are roasted to order. Anything placed before 8am will roast and ship that day. Anything after 8 am will be roasted and shipped the next day.

We choose beans from farmers and cooperatives who share our commitment to sustainability, quality, and ethical practices. The countries of origin are listed on each of the coffee descriptions. 

They are compatible with all Keurig machines. They do not work with all Ninja machines.  

Yes, we are producing the k pods in-house daily and they are all freshly ground.  

Each pod contains 14 g of freshly ground coffee. This is 50% more coffee than most pods.  

The pods are 100% recyclable. This means you can recycle both the pod and the top.  

All you need for the steeped bags is 8 oz of hot water and 5 minutes! 

While we understand that some of you have ordered coffee ground for espresso machines from us in the past, we have had too many issues trying to get it right for different machines.  

The long and short of it is we like to do things right or not at all.  We appreciate your business and if you would like help finding a home grinder please contact us and let us know what type of machine you have.
