SMALL-BATCH, FRESH ROASTED COFFEE

In 2011, Geoffrey Meeker had the best cup of coffee he'd ever had, brewed from beans roasted just the day prior and brought to him from out of town. It transformed his perception of how good coffee could be, and he established French Truck with a vision of sharing that experience in warm, welcoming spaces.

French Truck’s mission is to make quality coffee approachable while supporting its local communities and those of its growers. The company prides itself on meticulous bean sourcing and small-batch roasting, led by Co-Owner and Director of Coffee Bobby Winston, to yield the highest quality product—whether that cup is served to you in one of French Truck’s twelve locations spanning from New Orleans to Baton Rouge and Memphis or brewed right at home.

Drawing from Geoffrey’s background as a chef, the shops place an emphasis on hospitality, from their “semi-world famous” New Orleans iced coffee and meticulously crafted 12-hour Japanese-style iced Oji to espresso, matcha, and fresh food. Featuring single origins, original blends and collaborations, user-friendly single-serve options, and a diverse selection of teas, French Truck’s offering is extensive and ever-evolving.
