Our second Guatemalan micro lot of the season is from producer Ovidio Ramirez, in the Huehuetenago region. This farm is truly a micro lot with fewer than 100 coffee trees compromising the farm. The coffee is picked ripe and depulped the same day, then fermented dry for 18-24 hours. Ovidio washes the coffee under nylon on patios for 3-5 days, Weather permitting.

ETHIOPIA MR. GIRMA ESHETU
Mr. Girma has been running his family Estate for about 20 years. It is located in the Keffa Zone, which is just west of Jimma, and Northwest of the famed Yirgacheffe region. While not as well known as the regions of Sidamo and Yirgacheffe there are some really amazing coffee's here.
