Luis is known for his careful processing—including 30-hour underwater fermentation and a fully washed finish—that brings out a beautifully clean, elegant cup. This harvest bursts with notes of creamy vanilla, sweet lime, lemongrass, and juicy stone fruit. Pink Bourbon has earned its reputation for quality, and in Luis’s hands, it becomes something truly special.
