This offering comes from longtime coffee producer Jairo Arcila’s Finca Santa Monica, located just outside Armenia in Colombia’s Quindío region. With over 40 years in coffee, Don Jairo transitioned from commodity to specialty production after replanting his farm with new varietals. We’ve visited this farm ourselves, and the operation is impressive from top to bottom.
Our Santa Monica is a Caturra varietal. It is a classic Colombian varietal, known for producing approachable, balanced, and flavorful cups—perfect for everyday drinking. This lot from Jairo Arcila is no exception. Clean, sweet, and vibrant, it’s a stellar representation of what makes Colombian coffee so beloved.
